The PR7 runs a 600cc single-cylinder (4-stroke, 4-valve, DOHC) with EFI and a 45 mm throttle body/injector, built around smooth, predictable delivery instead of drama. With the optional power kit, it’s rated up to 64 hp and 68.3 Nm, which is plenty for fast gravel, long climbs, and passing power on the road without turning the bike into a handful off-road.
A 6-speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch (Brembo pump, Oberon actuator) reinforce the “ride it hard, maintain it easily” mindset.

At 140 kg / 309 lb. dry, the PR7 sits in a weight class that’s usually reserved for smaller enduro bikes, not adventure machines built to cover distance. That matters because less weight changes everything: it’s easier to pick a line in technical terrain, easier to recover from a mistake, and way less tiring over a long day. In simple terms, it feels more like a dirt bike that can travel than a travel bike that can survive dirt.

Suspension travel is a big part of why the PR7 stays composed trails get real: 300 mm front and 280 mm rear. The standard bike gets a fully adjustable 48 mm closed-cartridge ZF Sachs fork and an adjustable ZF Sachs rear shock. The Gold Edition of PR7 steps up to Öhlins RXF front and a TTX rear shock for riders who want a more premium feel and tuning range.

AJP uses a hybrid steel and aluminum chassis to balance strength, feel, and precision, and pairs it with an all-aluminum swingarm to keep stability high without piling on weight.
Geometry was updated for 2025, and combined with a 1530 mm / 60.2” wheelbase and 310 mm / 12.2” ground clearance, the PR7 is designed to stay predictable at speed while still being agile in tight sections.

Instead of giving you a property display and calling it “navigation-ready,” the PR7 ships with an 8.7-inch Samsung Galaxy A9 Lite tablet (64 GB, Android) integrated for roadbooks and nav apps. It links with a Bluetooth OBD module so you can view live data like RPM, battery voltage, coolant temperature, and ECU error codes. There’s also a KOSO digital dash for the core riding info (speed, RPM, fuel, odometers, warnings). It’s a practical rally-style approach that’s actually usable on long days.
